Small Design/partial design

This Package starts at $2500.00.  This design service suits clients wanting a partial design, either front facade or back garden design only or Planting Design only to accompany and already existing plan or landscaping.

Providing a Concept Design and Garden Layout for a small garden courtyard or front or back garden only of a proposed site.  If the garden is partially completed and you only require us to design some elements or just the planting, we can provide a Planting Design.

Includes:

• Site visit to measure up and confirm existing plans - We will require from you any architectural drawings and site survey.

• Scaled Preliminary Concept Plan for the proposed area to review – this will include some materials options and planting theme options.

• One revision is allowed. If you require additional changes, we will quote to you prior to commencement.

• Phone chat or on-site meeting with Lori and Karl to go over the proposed design

• Elevations where required

• 2D concept plan of the external space, designed to scale with placement of all elements.

• Set-out plan suitable for construction by our team.  Note: other contractors may require further details.  These are done at an hourly rate of $150/hr if required.

• Moodboard explaining all design aspects.

• Materials palette.

• Planting palette.
